2. Driver Requirements
Renters must be at least 21 years old (minimum age may vary depending on location). A valid driver’s license and government-issued identification are required to rent a vehicle. Additional driver requirements or restrictions may apply and must be approved before rental.

3. Payment and Charges
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Rental rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel refills, damage, traffic violations, or other services. We accept major credit and debit cards for payment.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds are processed based on the timing and reason for cancellation. Please contact our customer support for assistance with cancellations and refunds.

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions
Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Smoking, transporting pets without prior approval, or allowing unauthorized drivers is prohibited. You are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during your rental period. All accidents or incidents must be reported immediately to GoRentalHub.

6. Insurance and Liability
Basic insurance coverage may be included in your rental. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase. GoRentalHub is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that occur during the rental period. You agree to indemnify and hold GoRentalHub harmless from any claims related to your use of the vehicle.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described.

8. Changes to These Terms
GoRentalHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
